The Catalyze Approach to leadership development involves:
- A strong bias toward practical ideas that can be put to use tomorrow, not academic theories
- Economic use of each participants’ valuable time: a typical Catalyze program takes approximately 50 hours spread across 10 months
- Programming that allows for highly cost-effective participation by individuals who are geographically dispersed
- A structured “surround strategy” ensuring learning is reinforced from all directions:
- By participants’ own managers: 3-4 hours of support & involvement are typical during a standard 10 month program
- By direct reports: participant leaders implement, then report back on experiential assignments involving direct reports; this creates powerful continuous learning/ feedback loops
- By Catalyze coaches: in live/ Webex classes, as well as through individual coaching
- By peers: via peer coaching from other program participants
- By other respected leaders in your organization: there is an option in private programs to involve one or more of an organization’s most successful leaders to lend high profile insight and ideas (involving as little as an hour or two of their time)
